You are Enough - A Journaling Workshop with Maria Herlth

As a new mom, Maria Herlth struggled with postpartum depression. She created a journaling system to help her heal and adjust to motherhood. We are delighted to have her share her journey and provide supportive instruction on how journaling and the creative arts can help women care for themselves and thrive in their new role. Journaling can support any transition or adjustment. Everyone is welcome to register.

A copy of You are Enough, the journal created and published by Maria is included with registration. Your copy will be signed by the creator with a personal affirmation.

Workshop will be interactive and experiential, starting your journal entries during the workshop.

Supplies will be provided but bring your favorite pens or markers if you choose.
