Coming Soon - New Prenatal Care Program - CenteringPregnancy®

At CWCC, we are excited to announce that we will be adding the CenteringPregnancy® group prenatal care model to our practice in the coming months.

CenteringPregnancy®, an evidence-based model of group healthcare, is a paradigm shift that effectively addresses the complex social determinants of health. The Centering model combines health assessment, interactive learning and community building to help support positive health behaviors and drive better health outcomes. It brings patients out of the exam room and into a group setting which also helps build their community of support.

CenteringPregnancy® brings 8-10 women all due around the same time together for their prenatal care visits. Providing care in this way allows moms and providers to relax and get to know each other on a much deeper and meaningful level. Members of the group often form lasting friendships and are connected in ways not possible in traditional care.
