Melissa Brewer, CNM

Melissa is a highly qualified Certified Nurse Midwife with a vast range of experience in obstetric and preventative care. She has an impressive academic background, holding a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Gordon State College, and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State University. 

 

She is an expert in a wide range of services, including prenatal and postpartum care, well-woman exams, family planning, and interpregnancy gynecologic care. Additionally, Melissa attends deliveries at Piedmont Columbus Regional – Midtown, ensuring that her patients receive the highest level of care throughout their entire pregnancy journey. Patients can be confident they are in good hands with Melissa as their healthcare provider.

 

Melissa is not just a skilled midwife but also a devoted mother. She understands firsthand the importance of family and takes great pleasure in spending time with her loved ones. Her cat, Willow, is a cherished member of her family, and she enjoys watching her daughter, Lottie, grow.
