We accept a wide range of insurance plans to make sure our patients get the care they need. If you any questions about your insurance coverage, please don't hesitate to contact us. Some of the insurance plans we accept include Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Tricare Select. We also accept Georgia Medicaid, including Amerigroup, Caresource and Peach State.
At this time, we do not accept Alabama Medicaid or Tricare Prime.

MyChart is a convenient way for patients to access their medical records and requests. Active users can easily submit multiple requests through their patient portal. With MyChart, patients can manage their healthcare needs from the comfort of their own home.
